Mini-Workshop Refund Policy

The Utah Watercolor Society (UWS) mini-workshop registration fee shall NOT be refundable or transferable once a seat is reserved.  It is the member's sole responsibility to find a replacement should he or she no longer be able to attend the mini-workshop. All efforts to recoup paid registration fees shall be between the original registrant and the replacement. The UWS Mini-workshop Coordinator may assist members in identifying possible alternate attendees. If a replacement cannot be found, the registrant forfeits the registration cost.
