Dec. 1, 2017 – Entry deadline for completed form, digital image, and entry fee to your local delegate
Feb. 5, 2018 – Accepted notices and shipping instructions go out to artists
Mar. 26, 2018 – Accepted paintings and required information and handling fee due to SAWG
Mar. 30, 2018 – Deadline to register for convention and hospitality events
Apr. 30-May 4 – Ted Nu`all Workshop meets 9 AM to 4 PM daily
May 4, 2018 – 2:00 – 6:00 PM trip to Arizona Sonora Desert Museum and Artist Dinner following at 6:30 PM.
May 5, 2018 – 2:00 – 5:00 PM Exhibit Opening and Gallery Gala
May 5, 2018 – 7:00 – 9:30 PM – WFWS43 Awards Dinner at El Dorado Golf Course Club House
May 6, 2018 – 6:00 – 10:00 AM – Farewell Breakfast

Congratulations to the ten UWS members whose paintings were selected by Juror Mark Mehaffey to appear in the 38th Annual Western Federation of Watercolor Societies Exhibition at the Irving Art Center in Irving, Texas, June 1 – July 7, 2013.
The UWS artists whose paintings were selected for WFWF38 are: Joyce Baron, Terrece Beesley, Lynda Burruss, Kristi Grussendorf, Kazuko Hill, Sue Martin, Carl Purcell, Irene Rampton, Spike Ress,and Kathy Sutherland.

An additional congratulations will go to three UWS artists who will also achieve WFWS Signature Member status this year. With their acceptances in this current exhibit, as well as three other WFWS exhibits in the past, they are: Terrece Beesley, Kristi Grusendorf and Irene Rampton.
Plan a trip to Dallas, join in the Awards Opening Reception on Saturday, June 1, in Irving Texas, and see some of the most beautiful water based artwork in the West. Our hosts this year are the members of the Southwestern Watercolor Society (SWS) of Dallas/Fort Worth. Congratulations to our UWS artists, and to all of the WFWS38 Accepted Artists.
