RECAP: UWS-CVC Workshop with Tom Howard

Tom Howard is one fabulous teacher of art. He not only is well educated in water medium but in art as a whole. He delivers his instructions to his students in an easy manner which makes it absolutely great to understand and use. He is also funny… his sense of humor had us laughing and his extra conversation educated us on other topics. Gee, when can we have him again is our next question?????
