UWS member Bessann Swanson will share her story of walking 500 miles on Spain’s Camino de Santiago de Compostela, an ancient pilgrimage route, last fall. She’ll relate the ups and downs of over 5 weeks of foot-pounding travel with pack and sketchbook, illustrated with her drawings of historic towns and expansive countryside.
