Utah Watercolor Society is sponsoring a beginning watercolor class taught by Utah watercolorist Dewey Hansen. This class will be valuable for beginners and for those who may have tried watercolor but need
more instruction in the basics of watercolor art. You can email Dewey at [email protected] to request a class syllabus and to register for the class.
Dewey will present his favorite approach to painting in watercolor as learned from Andy Evensen and his own experience. Even if you have tried watercolor before, you will probably learn things that may be new
to you.
The class will be held at Sons of Utah Pioneers building –
3301 Louise Ave., Salt Lake City, Utah
on the first Tuesday of each month beginning
November 1, 2024
6:00 to 6:45 p.m. in the downstairs classroom.
Since the quality of supplies will impact the quality of your work,
Dewey will provide supplies for a nominal fee. Inquire about supply fee
when you email him.
