Opening Social!
Thanks to all of our members who attended our fun Ice Cream Social. It was great to launch our 2019-2020 UWS year with an interesting paper stretching demo and Featured Artist, Stephen Henry. Stephen’s fun and easy- going personality made it easy to learn and follow along, as he shared some of his favorite techniques. His watercolor style is loose and atmospheric and worthy of exploring in our own styles of painting.
Stephen is conducting a mini workshop this month, Sept. 13 and 14th; spaces are filling fast!
We continue to find and build new and informative activities for our monthly member meetings. We hope you will find them useful and continue to attend. If you have any suggestions for a possible presentation, please contact one of us on your UWS Board.
